The Visa Journey

So.. the last couple of days have been an absolute race. Tuesday afternoon we got a mail from the argentine embassy in Denmark with all the things we would have to bring to Copenhagen before we could get my visa, you know just simple stuff like 3 new passport photos, a stamp from both a notary and from the Foreign Ministry and of course my criminal record.. in spanish!
On top of all that we had to do it a least 20-30 days before my trip, and I am going to Sweden this sunday... It's safe to say that we were a bit stressed.

So wednesday we got all the paperwork in place, thursday I cancelled work and mom and I packed our backpacks, put on our safari helmets and raced out on a dangerous journey from the save home of Thurø, across the great and mystic land of Fyn, we defeated the horrible nightmare that is Storebælt and was finally in the beautiful but double-edged Copenhagen.
We had an appointment at the argentine embassy at 15:30, we were going to be in Copenhagen 15:11 and before we could go to the embassy we had to get a stamp from the Foreign Ministry.. There were no way we could make it..
We totally felt like we were in Mission Impossible

But like a mirackle no one other than us was at the Foreign Ministry! and with moms amazing driving and parking skills we reached the embassy in time! The two women working there were the sweetest. We were dancing out of the embassy building and had a well desserved lunch at the cutest little café called "Blå Time". It was indeed a very happy ending to our visa journey!

The real question is... could it be magic.... now?
